Question by Horse L: Making a video go in slow motion?
I want to do it for free and I want to be able to save it. I have a Youtube account (I only do it to upload my videos for private reasons) if there is a way to do it on there. thanks.

Then paste it on to notepad.
Next, call it “slow.xml” as all files.
Save it to C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX. (Its’s in hard drive C)
If you don’t have it, made a new folder in movie maker file and call it AddOnTFX.
Open Windows Movie Maker, put video there, and put Slow down, 25% or Slow down, 30% effect in it.
